Background

My coaching is based on proven executive experience and formal qualification. Having held leadership positions in management consultancies for 20+ years, I have a rich catalogue of successful (and less successful) experiences to place at your service. I am a qualified Coach Practitioner (EQA, EMCC).

As the CEO of Capco in the UK I was accountable for 650 people and a £100m business. Over my 6 years at the firm we grew at 25% CAGR and were voted a Sunday Times "Best Company to Work For". Earlier in my career, I spent 11 years at Accenture responsible for leading complex change programmes at UK and US financial institutions.

Through this, I have come to understand the expectations of the modern business environment: the demands of leadership, the dynamics of competition and performance, questions of "meaning" at work as well as its impact on the personal aspects of life.

I am currently coaching over 30 private individuals from across financial services, retail, law, consulting, commercial property, media and public service. I also coach teams within 5 companies covering consulting, financial services and retail sectors.

Why Coaching?

Collaborating in the success of others provides fulfillment above and beyond my sole accomplishments.

There is a huge amount of value waiting to be unlocked for individuals, teams and businesses across the different fields of human interaction. Some examples are: creative thinking, relationship dynamics, problem solving, conflict, negotiation, team dynamics, leadership of others, feedback and performance.

My own experience has given me a perspective of the huge power that common purpose, values and behaviours have to play alongside the more traditional management processes and structures.

Whether viewed through a personal, shareholder or executive lens, I  understand the different types of value that motivation and personal development can deliver.

I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate their landscapes successfully.
